• Creation Time: About 1 week. Every piece is 100% hand-painted from scratch by a professional artist to ensure maximum quality and authenticity.

• Shipping Time: Generally 3–7 business days via premium express couriers (FedEx/DHL/UPS).

• Logistics Notice: To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and authenticity, your artwork will be shipped directly from our global fulfillment center in Asia immediately upon completion.

100% Free Worldwide Shipping: Shipping costs are fully included in the price of the artwork, regardless of your destination. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.

 

 

How Are the Artworks Packaged?

 

• Rolled Paintings: Carefully packed in a strong paper tube.

 

• Frameless / Framed Paintings: We will use cardboard boxes or wooden boxes as appropriate  to ensure your art remains safe during transit.

 

Who Handles the Delivery?

 

Depending on the destination country and the dimensions of the artwork, we partner exclusively with top-tier international express couriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure fast and reliable handling.

Is the Delivery of the Artwork Insured?

Can I Get Artworks Delivered to a Different Country or to a Different Person?

 

We will deliver to the address provided in your order. Generally, we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you provided. If it’s a surprise or a present, please let us know!

Please note that once your order arrives in the destination country, local guidelines apply, and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support you with any communication and information required by customs.
