If you purchase a rolled canvas, you will need to stretch it locally before hanging it. We recommend that you buy the framed canvas directly in our store, which will be much more convenient.

Rolled paintings are packed carefully in a strong paper tube.

Framed paintings are packed carefully in a quality wooden box or cardboard boxes.

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact info@savycanvas.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal account holders, up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account For credit card refunds. Between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.
