If you purchase a frameless or framed painting, we will provide hanging accessories so you can hang it directly after receiving it. If you purchase a rolled canvas, you will need to stretch it locally before hanging it. We recommend that you buy the framed canvas directly in our store, which will be much more convenient.

Yes, at Savy Canvas, we offer custom oil painting services. Whether you're looking for a specific color palette, size, or style (abstract, modern, or minimalist), our artists will work with you to create a personalized masterpiece that matches your vision and home decor.

Rolled paintings are packed carefully in a strong paper tube.

Framed paintings are packed carefully in a quality wooden box or cardboard boxes.

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact info@savycanvas.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal account holders, up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account For credit card refunds. Between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.

Yes, you may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.

If your order has not yet entered production, you will receive a full refund.

If the artwork has already begun production, a small partial fee will be deducted to cover material and labor costs, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

We want happy customers! For any reason, if you don't like the painting you received, you can return it in its original package and condition in 30 days on the receipt of it. Please contact info@savycanvas.com

For damaged item, please kindly contact Savy Canvas thin 30 days of the date it was received and will be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us at info@savycanvas.com if you would like to replace your item.
